"Wonderful property and owners. We had a large family group, 10 people including a couple of small children, and booked the entire place over the Christmas 2022 holidays. The rooms are plush and modern, and the house overall quite comfortable. The owners were also super helpful, providing us with advice and even lending us their local cell phone when we needed to reach the national health service due to a worrisome illness in the family. We liked the location, easy drive to Bath and the surrounding countryside, nice views, and a quick stroll to the local pub. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property for a stay of any kind."

"What an absolutely beautiful spot this place was, I decided to go off-grid and chose this place for the evening. Sadly I didn't get chance to experience breakfast due to me being in a rush so I can't comment on that. What I do know is that Bob and his family have done a superb job of preserving the character of the building whilst still making it comfortable and charming. I really like their decoration choices, it felt like a lovely home to be staying in."
