"*updated to 5 stars. They have really turned it round :) Just thought I should review as they have some negative reviews. I agree up to recently there were problems with a lack of consistency with regards keyworkers and a lack of communication. So much so, I complained and looked elsewhere. Also, they closed without notice and have shortened their hours over school hols which is just not good enough. HOWEVER, this was because of lack of staff and in the last month or so they have got MUCH better and my daughter is happy. They are doing good activities and communication is better. The keyworkers in the nursery room seem loving and caring and I think this is really important. I hope they maintain this."

"My son started this nursery on August mid onwards.I am experincing a worst service in the nursery.When I visited the nursery they said that every child has a key person and she will look after another 3 more kids.But My sons case I understood that there is no specific key person and they are keep on changing the key person.Because of that every morning new faces are coming to take my son from the door.This really affect his settlement.And also they not even properly clean kids face after food.They have an app which we can know our kids activities ,they not even updating that app .monthly twice only they are updating.The nursery has so many kids and very less staff.I personally don't recommend this nursery ."

"I have visited this nursery last week to make sure everything is ok to send my 3 years old daughter to there. manager was friendly but staff wasn’t be nice and kindly with kids. The awful thing which I saw, there was a nappy pin without any plastic bag an any lid and it was full of dirty nappy without putting inside a plastic bag exactly in the area which all kids were playing"

"Magic Nursery in Finchley is a great environment for children. My daughter is extremely shy and she had been attending another nursery before i found this one. I was very nervous and worried about her move and how she would settle in but it has been the best choice ive made. Although she is quiet she has made so much friends, and staff always encourage her to get involved. She has built good trusting relationships and although she is still shy she absolutely loves nursery. Not to mention the superb development in her reading, writing, and communication skills. I am very impressed. Great keyworker who understands my daughter well. Well done to all the staff, and thank you to everyone, its so great to know she is in safe hands and in an environment where she is comfortable and enjoys!!"
