"I had my son's Birthday party here and I found the staff to be really unhelpful and rude. The customer service of this place are really unhelpful. I wouldn't have any parties here or would I return. The actual game itself was ok except for being an uneven player balance on our last game of 13 players vs 4. staff being unhelpful to assist with this refusing to help they were told we just needed to put up with it. The place is run down and badly in need of a decoration. Our party host was also really rude. The manager Daniel was really rude also when I contacted him after our party arguing with me rather than helping me resolve my issue and taking my comments and feedback on board, he was very defensive. I won't be returning here nor will any of my guest's have parties here as a result. Really disappointed. I have had a lot of kids parties and none of them have been as disappointing as this."

"Top night for my sons’ birthday both 11 & 13. Paid for the birthday package with an extra game and everyone loved it! All first timers. Will be back. Staff members fantastic too. 5 Stars + 1."

"I just wanted to leave a review to thank the team at laser quest for going over and above to save the day when my sons birthday night at another nearby attraction was cancelled due to a technical fault when we arrived. With 8 very disappointed boys and a heartbroken birthday boy, we popped into laser quest to see if they could help. Despite being absolutely rammed with a birthday party and kids football team, the team squeezed us in, in between other customers games. The boys had a blast and left with huge smiles on their faces. Thanks so much to the young girl on the desk who helped squeeze us in and a big thanks to Ryan who had great banter with the boys and made it such an enjoyable experience. Great customer service and look forward to coming back soon!"
