"I have been to a few birthday parties here, very disappointed. Some members of staff are great but some look like they'd rather do anything than be there, the level of enthusiasm is depressing, especially as an entertainer for a birthday party, the last person I saw host a game of musical bumps couldn't even bring herself to smile or show any empathy towards the kids. My biggest concern however is the bouncy castle, older kids climb and sit on ridges of the castle walls high up, they sometimes sit or stand up there and could easily slip and injure themselves or the kids bouncing below, it's incredibly stressful to witness and really the bouncy castle needs to be supervised full time or better safety measures put in place as it is an accident waiting to happen. It would be an excellent place if the staff customer service could be improved and safety measures put in place, I really hope it does and will happily change my feedback :)"
"Wasn't in very long as baby section very over crowded. Also while sitting on the mats there is a very strong smell of cat urine and it wasn't the cleanest either. Won't be back"
"My friends and I took our 2 yo, 1yo and 6m old here last week. We had read they had a toddler area which we thought would be ideal for our 3. The toys were all broken, no batteries, and so so dirty. I don't understand why the toys aren't replaced when broken as this is clearly a hazard especially for babies. Furthermore it was as if the place has never been cleaned. There was a jumperoo that I went to put my girl in and it was actually black from dirt and all the attachments were broken. We ended up leaving after less than an hour and within the next 2 days all three children were really unwell. Coincidence? Who knows. But none of us will be back."
"Good facilities/cafe etc ,cafe area busy with what seemed to be regulars Entrance door being used by customers to exit despite their being another door for exit -signage could be better as gate not always locked after use to support children safety. With people using the wrong gates But very cold ! Could be doing with putting the heating on ! This side of our visit was not pleasant"
"Really really disappointing. Most soft plays that you go to have staff inside the soft play at slides etc to monitor. Nothing in here, kids from a party not letting mine go down the slides, had to go in and say myself, basically being left to destroy the place. Loads of kids inside the soft play with no socks on, parents nowhere to be seen and staff not saying a word to them, disgusting to be honest. They're coming out with their feet black, the dust inside the play areas is shocking. Nets broke and just tied with a shoe knot. The baby play area I mean deary me not much imagine gone into it, a small slide and bouncy castle that again is disgusting. Broken baby toys covered in who knows what, spend some money on buying new toys? it's all well and good going round hoovering the floor and wiping tables but the place is really dirty. It's also freezing. You walk into the main building and there's a bell you ring to alert staff you entered, be prepared to wait. Also at the side of the building they have a takeaway door which is linked into the cafe indoors, staff think it's suitable to stand at these doors and smoke so the smell goes right through the cafe which is right next to the baby bit. Bit of a joke definitely won't be back."
