"Love this soft play staff are helpful and friendly the place is always clean and it just has a really welcoming atmosphere"
"Been here today with my granddaughter and great granddaughter and have waited almost 2 hours for food. I have never seen such disorganised chaos in any establishment. When we eventually got our food it was wrong and cold and it was only basic food. The small play area fir under 3 years old was full of older children and not monitored at all so there is a safety issue. I think they will have lost several regular customers today."

"Soft play venue in North west Glasgow, located within The Point complex on Saracen street. Lovely place for kids to play and have a party. Size of the place is moderate and staff are friendly and helpful. You can book the place for your child’s birthday party, great thing about this place is that you can book it Exclusively, so just your guests will be at the premises during the time of the party, (there is an extra cost for this). The food is good, there are choice of drinks/ food for adults and children. When booked the venue provides invites for your guests, depending on the number of people."
"We visit here a lot. The coffee is good and the food is good! The staff are always great! Recently, we had our son's birthday party here and we couldn't have asked for better. The staff were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. Putting on games for the kids and the food was great! Everything was set up and they managed it perfectly. The cost was well worth it, including goody bags, the lot! We'll definitely have another party here, and keep visiting!"
