"I just had the most unpleasant experience in customer service in my entire life. I bought sneakers, tried it again at home and it turned out that I needed a smaller floor and immediately came back. I asked to change the size. The guys are very friendly. Then the "boss" came and said he wouldn't make an exchange for reasons I don't understand. My so-called old sole was three times lighter than those I wanted to change for. Terrible leader, I don't advise anyone to visit this store, disgusting attitude to customers !!!"
"Absolute terrible place to shop, bought a pair of running shoes meant for field running stupidly went one run with them on the path and whole heel has been worn down looking like a pair of shoes used for years not less than thirty miniutes despite having the receipt I was refused a refund, as far as I am concerned these shoes were not fit for purpose in anyway shape nor form and funny enough it was one of Sports Directs own brand labels and still no refund went a run with a pair of non running shoes and no damage or heel worn down at all for one use, the quality of product is sheer disgusting unfit for purpose and the refusual I would to accept fault with their product is even worse terrible service all around, I still refuse to this day to order or purchase a thing off such a low status retailer again"
"Pretty dissapointed. Just walked 30 mins to the store to buy 1 thing, arrived at 5.49pm for the doors to be locked. Closes at 6pm. Security guard said tills were already off. To be fair, I didn't check the times, however, but it wouldn't have made a difference it appears, as you shut 10-15ins earlier than stated. Very poor show. A wasted hour for me"
"Very bad staff and service, the shoes are all around in a mess , woman adult shoes under the infant and child section etc. Like they don’t care to organise plus if you ask for help they just point to a direction and that is it. Cleanliness is ok , could be better. Prices are ok though, there are some good deals despite being on a high street."
"Where are the staff and why wont they help? Found the type of shoes I was looking for and had to go round and round the shop until I finally found a staff member. Asked if they had the shoes in my size and was told to wait by the display and someone would come to help me. After waiting fifteen minutes I decided enough was enough, put the shoe back on the display and left. While I was waiting I saw another customer go up to the counter to pay, wait for someone to assist them and then leave when no one appeared."
