"I'm very disappointed visiting fun street today. I use to come here every week from 2 years just getting worse. Looks like owners don't want to put any money anymore in this place . Place was freezing , half things not working and people still getting charged full price . Upstairs still closed from few months already. Stain of this place now is not even in 10% the same like before. Even that thing with the balls with the air is broke I've got a video of it . Dresses for kids absolutely disgusting dirty, shop place and hospital the same , honestly so disappointed what that place turned to. Owners should do something about it , not charge people full price when place really need a repairs and good clean, not even mentioning of heating."
"I brought my 18 month old here today for the first time. I have to say I was pretty disappointed with our experience today. Firstly the costing was for two adults and toddler this came to £17. Now this is fairly expensive compared to other soft plays locally. So for this you’d expect more activities suitable for younger children. There are two soft play areas for under 3s. They’re very small and to be honest only a few soft play blocks, a small ball pit in one, a few odd toys scattered around. The second area has a larger ball pit and a few rocker soft play items. Also we went to go and see the interactive zones, but these has signs up to say out of action, I wasn’t made aware of this when I booked my admission for today. After a short while in the soft play areas for under 3s, we’d done all the age appropriate activities. We went to the cafe and got our little one some water and a sandwich, this was fine but arrived in clingfilm With no plate which is a bit odd. We left here not long after 12 which when booked for 11.30, we felt we didn’t get value for money. I took my little girl round some of the play houses but some toys had small parts and not suitable for her age. I won’t be back whilst my child isn’t walking as the activities were limited for her and it wasn’t value for money. Local soft plays with larger areas for under 3s, such as wonder world/wee play place are better for toddlers. However The larger frame looked good for older kids and I’m sure when she’s bigger she’d like the street activities, and I can’t comment on the interactive zones upstairs as it was shut."
"I would like to rate Fun Street play area 10 stars! We love this gem and it a favourite with the adults and kids in our family! The play area is a delight full of wonder and magic- the kids never want to leave! The interior decor and overall design is the best I’ve seen. The play area is loaded with entertainment and activities for all ages. The food in Erina’s Kitchen is delicious and fresh. You will not be disappointed with the quality and seasonal menu. As regulars we also just hosted our son’s 6th birthday party here and we were blown away by the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff. I can’t recommend this play area enough and can assure you you will not be disappointed! Thank you Fun Street for making play dates and birthdays amazing for us!"
