"It was necessary to take Polly back today to have her nails cut and I was going to thave her ears reshaped but when we went in Polly became extremely nervous so I held her while she had her nails clipped which must have been partially why she was very frightened so I left the ear reshaping . I pointed out that when Polly had first been she had been licking and scratching her skin, she must have been allergic to her first wash, I have bought a skin calmer which seems to be bringing it under control. The cut was not quite right around her face and head although that was my fault because I did not show a photo or describe the style I wanted . Polly has never been so frightened before . Seems I have a problem next time ? . I am sorry but I can not give a true rating on this visit."
