"Did do most of my shopping at asda now looking for other options I buy mainly same things for work each week and now watched the prices go up astronomically they've gone up 25% or more and sum of the staff on the self service are bad . To busy standing around talking to each other only 2 of the staff I've ever seen are really friendly and always helping customers not sure of gentleman's name but real friendly and a lady called Sarah who is always friendly . Need to do something about prices when use to go in asda was always busy now less and less customers .."

"I have been coming to this store for 10+ years and over the last few I have had some issues with staff members accusing me of things which turned out that I had not done these things. Had the staff coming right into my face getting a snotty attitude and accusing me of throwing things on the floor only to be told a week later by security that the whole thing was made up. Recently I have had no issues and staff leave me alone as they know I am not a trouble causer or a thief which I’ve had to really prove to them by kicking off so I don’t come here anymore unless I NEED to. I recently came in with somebody’s son and he wanted to use the £1 toy machine. The machine took the money and didn’t give him a toy so I spoke to a member of staff, said thank you and continued our shopping and the staff member was then following me and the boy up and down the isles clearly watching us and was talking into her headset. She then called security to watch us over the cameras as I was trying to get out of her view. We then went to pay and the staff member who was following us disappeared as we was paying and when we went to the kiosk to report the toy machine the staff member went back onto the self serve and printed off my receipt and the boys receipt from the tills we had used and went to show another member off staff and then I had both of them looking over to me. This has now made made me never want to spend another penny in any asda store what a way to treat a customer. As someone who works in retail myself I wouldn’t even think to be acting like this. Pathetic"
