"I have a large and strong dog. He's a 7 year old Lurcher and a rescue, and when I first got him almost a year ago he came with lots of issues, one of which being his extreme reactivity to other dogs. When I was first looking for a dog walker I was worried that they would be reluctant to walk a large, strong, reactive dog, but Miranda didn't even bat an eyelid: she was more than happy to walk him and has been great! My pup has zero social skills and just does not know how to behave around other dogs, and so he lashes out. His aggression is founded in fear and anxiety though, and Miranda has been awesome in helping to expose him to other dogs and reduce his reactivity. Miranda started walking him with his muzzle, but now he is out on daily group walks, without his muzzle and having the most amazing time! My pup is now a totally different dog, and he is getting better and better on a daily basis. It makes me truly happy to see that he is starting to have doggy friends! It used to break my heart when he got excited by other dogs but just couldn't get close enough to play with them. I could not recommend Miranda enough!
