"Arrived with work mate to find room with double bed, returned to reception was told there was a kids bed underneath we had to pull out and erect, eventually reception came to room and put the kids bed up and threw some linen at us to make the bed ourselves. We asked if we could pay for another room to have one each, no. So one of us had the room and one moved to premier inn. Never again travelodge."
