"I've had two lovely experiences with Holly House. Once when we lost our pet rat, Sherlock. They looked after him over night, but he sadly passed away. And more recently when my Mum lost her dog, Foxy. The staff at Holly House are friendly, compassionate and made the entire process of saying goodbye to our beloved doggle, just a little less horrible."
"My dog decided to have an adventure. I walked the streets to find him. Fortunately he is chipped and the surgery contacted me after two hours of searching he had been handed in to Holly House they were brilliant and they looked after him well. Big shout for the night staff I appreciate you all"
"Absolutely shocking. The staff were slack and 3 different vets gave me 3 different conclusions which cost me 3 out of hours emergency appointments as I kept getting sent home. They say they ‘examined’ my cats paw, they just looked at it… didn’t even touch or shave it. Took me 4 weeks to find out it was just an abscess that needed draining, in the whole 4 weeks my cat couldn’t walk. Apparently it’s really common for cats to get abscesses under their paws, but instead I was told it was likely to be cancer due to my cats age…. Worst and most traumatic experience with a vets ever. Do not recommend!!!"
