"Large ? Yes. Rundown ? Yes. Does it smell of mould the minute you walk through the door ? Yes. Does it need a lick of paint inside and out ? Most definitely. But. This place has huge potential. I could see this being a thriving business both in-store and online with a bit of investment and care. I would start with a new sign and tidying up the outside. Couple of pot smokers sat on the steps outside not a great first impression. Would love to see this place turn around. Parking is terrible though. Good range of animals and plenty of room for more. Good price too. Shame it was a bit dilapidated."
