"Kingston location- Cancelled on us with less than an hour to go before our booking. We were already in Kingston having food. I complained via email and was ignored. No feedback or explanation. When I finally got an email back, I was told the area manager would be in contact which never happened. I'm just glad that Kingston Escape Rooms are based in the same building and were very accommodating. They saved our night!"
