"We have always loved going to Bertie and Boo for the play sessions. This weekend we had our birthday party, 2 girls turn 4! We had 20 children and loads of their parents there. It was a great time and huge success. The children all loved the play session, dancing and magic show. The parents were able to chat with one another and relax and watch their children have fun. As a host, it was brilliant for me and effortless, no time keeping, no set up and no tidy up, I was able to just enjoy the party as well. I highly recommend this venue and their staff were brilliant as always."

"We celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday at Bertie & Boo in Balham yesterday (second year running!). Just as last year, I cannot fault the team on anything - the booking process was easy as pie, the pricing clear, and the staff super friendly both on the phone and in person on the day. The kids had loads of fun during the play session, were delighted with the unicorn-shaped sandwiches and everyone loved the magic show and dance party at the end. It's a very well-oiled machine where everything runs very smoothly and the staff clearly love working with kids. 5 stars - definitely recommend!"

"We just had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The children were entertained and engaged the entire time and the adults were able to catch up and talk while having lovely food and drinks. The staff is AMAZING! Super friendly and absolutely efficient. They make sure each part of the event has a smooth transition to the next one. We cannot recommend and thank Bertie and Boo team enough. They offer a variety of extras to the basic package which allows families to choose what works best for them. Very responsive to our many questions and very accommodating of dietary requirements. Absolutely worth it!"

"We celebrated my little girls 6th birthday this Sunday at Bertie and Boo. It was a very smooth and hassle free experience with the team, from booking right the way through to the end of the party. Staff were super helpful on the day, greeting our guests, offering drinks and sandwiches (additional charge). The kids had an amazing time and especially enjoyed the magic show! Party bags were provided (at additional cost) cake was presented after kids had lunch and cut up for us. They kindly put a piece of cake in each party bag for kids to take away and even bagged up all the gifts for us, to carry back to the car. The whole venue was super clean and well presented. We also opted for the balloon modelling at the end of the party, as recommended by Emma. Added a nice little touch as all the kids were delighted. All our guests commented on how yummy the food was, well worth the money. I highly recommend this venue for a stress free party. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Bertie and Boo team xx"

"Highly recommended. Just hosted a 3-yr-old birthday party @ Bertie and Boo and it was simply fantastic. Friendly staff. Excellent setup of the playground and party area. It's the first party we organized for our daughter. Sam had made all preparations and communications to ease our mind. Boo was amazing and enthusiastic to keep the kids entertained. Parents and adult friends had great time as they could spend time to mingle. Kids loved the venue and all activities were seamlessly arranged, and we all loved the magic show. We couldn't thank enough as it gave us a very memorable moment."
