"My son had his 8th bday here and as per his opinion it was 9/10, I am not sure about the reviews here and how relevant it is what parents think, at the end of the day this is party for your child and if they enjoy and have a good time, I am happy. The lady in charge was extremely professional and helpful. Prices in the coffee shop were totally reasonable too."

"Party for a ten year old. Not very clean venue as mentioned by one of the other mums at the party and the staff didn't make much effort at all. The group were split into two, one team had a good experience with the 'agent' giving them spy names and they said she was fun. The other group had an awful experience, the staff member who took them round, paid no attention to them, was on his phone the whole time and at least 2 of them heard him swearing on the phone to his friends. I told the supervisor said he would speak to him, but to be honest he didn't really seem to care."

"My son had his 10th birthday party here last week. I was a little concerned after reading some recently posted negative reviews. However, Jenny assured me that all would fine and ensured that my son was allocated a top agent! The supervisor on the day, Sean, was fantastic. He ensured that the party went smoothly and was always on hand. The kids enjoyed the mission and had a great time! Only downside is the food hence the 4 stars. It’s typical kids party food- nuggets, pizza and chips but it looked very basic- each child receiving their own plate of food. Portions were quite small as some kids complained of still being hungry. Not a major issue but one that would definitely improve the overall experience. Also the decor of the main area could be more inviting as you wouldn’t know it’s a spy mission party venue. Some colourful art work on the wall would definitely make a difference and give it a party venue theme."

"My son and his friends had an amazing time at the north London centre! Few booking service was also amazing and very helpful! Would highly recommend! However centre only had person who was able to help. Which made things a little awkward however he was very helpful when he was able to deal with our party!"

"I recently attended a kids birthday party and witnessed a lots of hazards, the ceiling was leaking right on the floor in two places, between the tables where kids were running around. The staff was okay but they looked like they didn't really enjoy what they were doing. I mean they work at kids party place. Another thing that shocked me is the hygiene. The girl who was cleaning was using the same brush to clean the crumbs on the floor and then used it on the table. I have attached pictures. Another thing I did not like is you can't see what kids are doing for whole hour."
