"I love living at MW – flats and communal areas are really nicely done, no noise from fellow residents and the communal living room and private dining space are excellent. Expensive but worth it for the extra touches that you wouldn’t get at other developments. The team are really friendly and helpful especially Bailey and Mitch on reception who is amazing! Really good location right by the train station and handy for the shops and bars but without being noisy. Highly recommended"

"Moved out of here almost a month ago and still haven’t received our deposit back despite agreeing to any deductions and signing straight away. Supposed to receive up to 10 days after signing..it’s been 15. Price doesn’t reflect the service or the upkeep of the apartments. Constantly random staff on the front desk especially on a night. Empty apartments left full of random items by staff, making the “luxury” apartments look scruffy when approaching them. Maintenance tickets take forever to be responded to. I work in the same industry myself and know what the standards should be and what to expect - this is not it. Also, some of the 5 star reviews are actually from staff members so this is not a true reflection of what it’s like to be a resident there"

"Do not recommend at all! They will do whatever they can to take all of your deposit and hold off paying it for as long as possible. The management is shocking. Don’t expect to feel secure when there is a new agency staff member behind the desk every night with access to spare keys to every apartment. The facilities are a disgrace. The lifts will be out of use for weeks on end. The up keep of the ‘luxury’ complex is poor."
