"My friends and I stayed for one night and it was awesome, the beds were comfortable, the apartment was spacious, clean and conveniently located. Anya and Rash were really hospitable and made us feel very welcomed. We would definitely stay again if ever passing through Leeds."
"The biggest let down I've ever encountered in my life! We booked two apartments here for my sisters hen do, a once in a lifetime night before her wedding which had been completely ruined and any good memories made prior to entering your establishment shattered thanks to your lack of organisation and professionalism. Why did you let us leave our luggage in what was told was our apartments prior to check in, give us the keys for both rooms so we had them ready to use once we'd explored the area for a while, and then turn around and say to us on our return that you had moved our bags and the apartments YOU allocated to us were now being occupied by someone else? You allowed 8 women to be left with no accommodation, offered no alternative accommodation for the night and tried to inform us that you had no booking under our name baring in mind you were contacted direct and paid in full for the apartments two months in advance and were fully aware of our arrival as I had contacted you earlier in the week to clarify a few things. After speaking on the phone and proving endless amounts of times our booking confirmation you then suggested that you had checked us in to the wrong apartments and we were actually staying at k- space apartments. You gave no information regarding staying here and when we called k space to enlighten them of the situation they didn't have a clue what we were talking about. We then came back to the bridge apartments and explained that we would not leave the premises until you had found us somewhere to stay the night, you then tried to sort a different apartment for us in your building ( just one two bedroomed apartment when we had booked two) we took our bags up there and then was told that we couldn't have that one either due to health and safety issues as a toilet was leaking. You finally suggested we could have a room on the sixth floor which was basically being used as a storage cupboard, unfurnished and dirty, we accepted this room as we had no where else to stay and were told that we would be getting a full refund to. This took 2 hours for you to do and caused a lot of stress even reducing some of us to tears! Would strongly advise anyone to not even consider making a booking with this company or any related sister apartments. If we wouldn't have demanded somewhere to stay and a full refund they would've continued to tell us that a booking hadn't even been made, taken our money and left us stranded on the streets! Completely ruined a hen night that had been planned for months! Disgusting."

"The Bridge apartments are the worst apartments I have ever dealt with. We booked 3 apartments for a large group of girls months in advance and were told 2 nights before our trip that the apartments had 'flooded'. After further investigation the manager Martin Zeb confessed he had LIED and had taken bookings from someone else who had offered more money. City base apartments agency have now stopped dealing with him altogether as he is a liar and absolutely cannot be trusted. Legal proceedings have commenced. I implore all customers to stay far away from these apartments and this disgusting man who clearly cannot be trusted. I am more than happy for this post to be verified. "Stay away! Arrived to be told that we have to wait for another hour to check in. The apartments were in a horrible state. Absolutely dirty and smelly there was dirt on the carpets, dirty dishes in the kitchen and dirty surfaces. One of the apartments smelled of cigarettes so badly that we could not even stay there. Forget about what it says on their website about the welcome pack such as milk and cereal. None of that to be seen. The apartments did not even have toilet rolls in the bathrooms. To be honest the manager Leena did try to resolve our issues, however it still took 2 weeks for me to receive my deposit and refund back. Not an experience I would like to repeat ever again."
