CA is a family run business and they truly couldn’t do more to ensure your renting experience is as easy and as smooth as possible. Any maintenance was dealt with professionally and very quickly! One experience we are most grateful for is when We had a few issues with our boiler, we had to phone CA on a weekend out of hours and our heating wouldn’t work, it was in the colder months so we was worried about having no heating and hot water. CA ensured we would be ok by getting an emergency maintenance appointment the same day for this to be rectified, we were also given electric heaters to ensure we were warm whilst the issue was resolved.
