"I went there to get my vaccum fixed and they told me they would try to find the problem and if I was not satisfied they would give back my vaccum as I had given it but then when I came back 2 days later, without my permission they deconstructed (cables broken,random screws and unidentifiable pieces )it because it "wasn't safe""

Engineer arrived and was very polite and efficient, he carried out the repair in approx 10 minutes.
