"Took my race engine in for a rebuild and some upgrades, they said they would do the lot with a two week turn around which became 6 weeks. So I had to rebook my mapping due to the delay. Then they refused to do heads as too much trouble after having the block for 6 weeks... This had a knock on effect on my tuner when mapping the car again, which I had to reschedule a second time. They're meant to be an engine builder, yet only seem to pick out easy jobs that require minimum effort and again all services are provided by cash only which I'm guessing is for avoiding tax and balancing the books in a way that profits them."
