"Changed a black alloy & he was using aluminium weight for the balance. Guy still arguing that black weight don't exist when he could clearly see it on other wheels. Very rude & insulting, still insisting on charging for doing wrong job. Pls stay clear as he is unprofessional and does not know his job at all. He's just a fraud."
"Honesty the best service I've ever received. I had driven down over an hour for a wedding and makeup trial and got a flat tire just as I arrived. I was very stressed as you can imagine. My stylist recommend this mechanics as she had dealt with them in the past where they had been respectful of her as a woman and charged a fair price for the job and even managed to save her some money. The person I spoke to was so helpful, offering to come out to change the tire to my spare for me after my appointment, he then offered the chance to have a new tire fitted at the garage for a reasonable price. Which i took. All in all these guys saved my day and took what could have been a disaster and turned it into a funny story and an example of good service and kindness. I am so grateful. As a woman I don't always get experiences like this when dealing with mechanics or anything to do with cars so they deserve these 5 stars! thanks again."
