"I am a kitchen fitter and have used this branch for 7 years Never had any problems until this year Management was changed, also a lot of the staff Now the whole thing is CHAOS Items were delivered to the wrong address Items I never ordered were delivered Damaged items Wrong colour Had to wait 3 weeks for some doors but not all were delivered Had to rearrange decorators, BR inspection Items I returned were not credited to my account Had to call head office to get things halfway sorted Credit control said it wasn’t their problem Very disappointed Avoid if possible"
