"Ordered a present via click and collect. Followed the instructions only to be told the "queuing system doors not actually work. Ended up standing around until a switched on member of staff asked if they could help. They explained the malfunction in the system and sorted out my collection. I have always found Currys to be decent value on a lot of electrical goods. They do not get 5 stars because yet again a company is using IT that doesn't work as advertised to replace good old fashioned service."
"Went to buy a mobile phone. I waited 20 mins on a person as no advisor was available. When the woman finally arrived she wasn't helpful at all, she didn't offer me anything nor help me comapre 2 phones, wasn't informed about any deals either. I felt like I was being brushed off. Went ready to buy a phone but left with nothing although i understood the phone might have need to be ordered for me which I was ok with to wait for it to be delivered. Waste of my time and travel to store."
