They “lost” my rent payment, had to have a wire transfer agent look into it and offered to come pay cash while it was sorted. We were treated poorly a lot of passive aggressiveness. Then they “found” our rent for that month. So they had 2 months of our rent, which is fine but no apology. She emailed very negative remarks about us that was meant for an employee. Her conduct is appallingly unprofessional. I would steer clear"

She failed to return bond to a tenant who had left for over a year, frequently failed to process vital paperwork in a timely manner, and acted with no concept of professionalism, going so far as to harass me on Facebook. If you're an owner, do not leave your property in her care. If you're a tenant, avoid properties managed by her franchise like the plague. The fact that this woman managed to rise to the level of franchise owner is a scathing indictment of the entire property management profession. If I could give negative stars, I would. This franchise and its owner have totally earned them. Worst property management company in Dunedin."
