"Unfortunately we never actually got to stay at the accommodation as we were flooded out in Auckland but dealing with the management team during a tough time in the family was TERRIBLE. Yes we booked the cheapest room 3 MONTHS AGO and there was a no refund policy after the 15th of Jan, however we did not expect to be in the midst of a cyclone and requested some of the booking fee to be returned. This was met by a rude and curt response with absolutely no help. Very upset and disappointed."
"A fantastic, clean and quiet location. The room was comfortably warm ( they have under floor heating). Extremely helpful and friendly people. We accidentally left a cellphone behind and they promptly posted it back to us. If trying to decide, my recommendation is just to book it. These guys are very nice people with a fantastic set-up going on."
