For larger groups or families, our Heritage Character House offers three two-bedroom apartments, one of which boasts a partial ocean view.

While our two bedroom apartments do not have sea views, they come with their own courtyards, providing a cozy and private space for relaxation. If you've ever wanted to try surfing, look no further than the Surf School, conveniently located right on the beach. Alternatively, you can indulge in leisurely activities such as taking a stroll, swimming, or enjoying a delicious lunch in the vicinity of Esplanade Apartments.

At the southern end of the beach, you'll find the St Clair hot salt water heated swimming pool, a must-visit attraction open from October to March during the Dunedin Spring and Summer months. Nestled within rocks just meters from the ocean, this unique pool offers a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. In 2004, the sea wall was refurbished, creating a modern and spacious esplanade with steps leading down to the beautiful sandy beach.
