At NZ Fingerprinting Service, we guarantee the quality of our fingerprints and offer a free replacement guarantee with every booking. Our collection of sites nationwide has years of experience in providing high-quality and reliable fingerprints to meet our customers' needs.

Our fingerprinting service is performed manually using an ink pad, either on our pre-printed forms or on your own specific form. The cost for one set of fingerprints is $50, with each additional set for the same person in the same appointment costing $30. Please note that if you have two people requiring fingerprints, separate appointments need to be made.

We can provide fingerprinting services for certain non-enabling South African documents, such as visa applications, work permits, extensions to stay, and police checks. For these services, a valid and/or current passport is the only acceptable form of photo ID.

For criminal record checks in Canada, we can only provide ink fingerprints, which need to be sent to an accredited fingerprint digitizing company of your choice in Canada. Please refer to the relevant Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) page for a list of accredited companies and acceptable fingerprinting forms.

Please note that we are unable to complete fingerprinting for Canadian Visa applications. For this purpose, fingerprinting services can only be provided by VFS Global, the designated agency in New Zealand. We recommend checking the Canadian Immigration website for further information before proceeding with your application.

Furthermore, we do not offer fingerprinting services for New Zealandn Visa applications at our locations or police stations. To lodge a visa application for New Zealand in New Zealand, you will need to visit an New Zealandn Visa Application Centre (AVAC) in person to provide biometrics, unless you are excluded or exempted from the program. In the event that your fingerprints are rejected due to poor quality fingerprinting, we offer free replacement prints at any NZ Fingerprinting Service location. This offer applies to fingerprints printed onto our template based on the New Zealand Police form and the United States FBI FD-258 form.

Please be aware that if the form you selected during your appointment is not acceptable to the identification authority you require the fingerprints for, or if you have altered the printed form in any way, you will not be eligible for free replacement fingerprints. It is important to note that your application may be rejected for reasons other than non-compliant fingerprinting, and we take no responsibility for such rejections.
