About the Business
Welcome to VisaMaxNZ, located at 40 Lady Elizabeth Lane in Wellington, New Zealand. As an establishment and point of interest, our institution is dedicated to providing quality visa outcomes for migrants and those in New Zealand who support them. Our goal is to create a better New Zealand for all.
At VisaMaxNZ, we understand that navigating the New Zealand immigration process can be complex and overwhelming. That's why we take great pride in offering personalized and timely visa advice, whether you're already in New Zealand or planning your new life here from offshore.
With our extensive experience in a full range of New Zealand Immigration policies and pathways, including tourism, work, study, and achieving residence and citizenship, VisaMaxNZ is here to assist you and your family.
In addition to helping individuals, we also provide support to employers with migrant staff visa requirements. We understand the unique challenges that come with hiring and managing migrant workers, and we are here to ensure compliance and smooth processes.
VisaMaxNZ is led by Bevan O'Connor, an Enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court New Zealand and a Licensed NZ Immigration Adviser. With over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Bevan has worked on a wide range of immigration and visa applications, from simple to complex.
Our mission is to provide expert immigration advice at fair fees, helping migrants from around the world achieve their goals of living, working, and studying in New Zealand. We strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and the wider community by navigating the complexities of immigration and helping individuals realize their dreams of building a new life in New Zealand.
We are proud to announce our recent membership with Civil Contractors NZ (CCNZ), a highly regarded industry association representing the civil construction sector nationwide. This partnership allows us to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of service to our clients.
Furthermore, we are thrilled to have partnered with Amotai, an influential organization dedicated to promoting supplier diversity and advancing the business interests of Māori and Pasifika-owned enterprises. This collaboration aligns with our commitment to supporting and uplifting diverse communities.
As the New Zealand border has opened, there have been several visa introductions, amendments, and adjustments as part of the Immigration Rebalance plan. However, the INZ IT systems have faced challenges, making the visa application process frustrating and time-consuming. At VisaMaxNZ, we stay up-to-date with these changes and assist our clients in navigating the evolving landscape.
One of the main residency pathways for migrants is the Skilled Migrant Category. We break down the proposed changes to this visa type and provide insights into what it means for migrants applying in the future.
We also value the recommendations outlined by the Productivity Commission on engaging with Māori in good faith for immigration policy and institutions. We believe in fostering inclusivity and cultural understanding in our work.
If you have any visa or immigration requirements, we invite you to get in touch with VisaMaxNZ. Our dedicated team is ready to discuss your needs and provide expert guidance to help you achieve your goals in New Zealand.
