"Need to speak to a real person NOT AUTOMATED MESSAGES and it is not possible to reach the consular services through extensions which the phone service recommends. Very frustrating."
"There today for International women's day panel discussion with young women from Wellington schools. Great people, good time models, stimulating respectful discussion. Impressed and grateful."
"I had need for an emergency passport to get back to the UK from NZ following the death of a friend. Went to Wellington to collect the ETD where I discovered there were a number of additional requirements for my trip. I cannot thank Liam & Pauline enough for their help. They went above & beyond to make sure I made all of my flights - incredibly high levels of service. Thanks guys, it all went swimmingly well thanks to you :) x"
"I can't believe in this day and age, that when you phone The British Embassy in both Wellington and Auckland, you cannot speak to a "real person" to ask a basic question. All you get is an automated voice telling you where to look on their website. And that website it is so very, very hard to get the information you are looking for. All I want to know is, is my son eligible for a British Passport if he has a British Maternal Grandparent??? HELP!!!"
"Appalling. I have applied online to renew my UK Passport, mailed the passport to UK. Then have been asked for my NZ passport. Yet no way of e mailing them a copy. UK HC doesnt answer thei phone. So much for a global Britain."
