"Called and spoke with a very impolite lady that could barely speak english. I asked if I required a visa to go to South Korea with an NZ passport and was told no. The govt website is useless, some area said I needed an e visa and some pages said I don't, which is why I called. Now, 3 months later after booking my trip, I'm told I need an e visa and have wasted a lot of money on a trip I can't go to... The most useless embassy I've dealt with."
"Talked to Ms Kim from the Visa section and she was super helpful and professional!!"
"Quick, professional, stress free - love it!"
"Very kind and make us comfortable"
"Just your standard embassy but offered good and fast service when applying for visas."
