"I was travelling up north so I couldn't pick up my passport by my self. It should have been mailed via post on the next day as I left the country a few days later. I called them to make sure that the passport will be send within the next day. So, as agreed it should have been sent to Auckland. They knew about the urgency but kinda missed it to send it asap. My documents just sat on the desks of the authorities for a days and no one bothered about them. In the end I had to pay extra for the cargo to get my passport on time then and got no refund for the cost as they were acting like it was my fault. Not the service that I expected."
