I have asked for the complaint process and they will not provide that to me either. They said chasing it won't make it any faster, then how am I supposed to get my money back if I'm repeatedly ignored??"
"Documents sent to do AIRE in Wellington back in November 2022, which is something as an Italian Citizen we must do to get our Passport and for whatever reason they don't seem to be willing to complete this registration ever. Multiple calls, multiple emails and no action is made. What is the point of the embassy if you are unable to provide the services to its community and citizens, just public money wasted!"

I made contact with the embassy near the end of November with a few queries, sent my application on 8/12, was contacted and booked my biometric appointment on 19/12, got my visa via courier on 29/12.
