But, the Vietnam embassy in New Zealand takes the cake for being the worst! They don't bother replying to emails or picking up calls. It's super frustrating because there's no way to reach them!"
"Not once have they picked up a phone call. It either doesn't connect or no one picks up. I have MANY emails unanswered. Only once when I wrote URGENT in 2 emails I got a call but since then I have not been able to reach them. Very frustrating. At least have an auto response email detailing when to expect a reply so I know there is some type of system in place."
