"I have struggled to give the one star, does not worth it. I have never been treated with such rudeness and lack of manners in a business, The menu is poor, the food managed to be even worse. Our group could rarely find a small piece of chicken in the chicken sandwich and all other meals were awful! The one star can remain as the coffee was indeed hot... only decent thing in the whole experience. I was with a group of friends and they left me with a 88 years old lady at the cafe while they went to get the car... the staff basically opened the door and throw us out as it was their closing time in 5 minutes and "they had other places to be". Besides that, their EFTPOS machine never worked properly and one person on our group find out when checking the bank statement that he had been charged twice,,,, but the amounts were different.... hummmmmmmmmm. They sat us in a table near their kitchen and some of their equipment was located near the table and the staff continuous keep coming and opening/closing the freezer. At one point I stood up to go to the counter and order my meal and I walked to the corridor that then I found out was a kitchen, the person inside shouted to me to get out and go through the other way. I regret not getting my things and leaving at that point. It was a terrible place to be, a disgusting meal and very expensive for what it was ( a piece of bread) and the disrespect for the clients was something unacceptable. NEVER GO THERE!"
