"Service: Didn't realise I had to grab my own menu from the front so I sat around for 5 minutes before I clocked on. The young gentleman who served me was very polite however and got the order right so no issues there. He also accepted the feedback graciously and mentioned he'd pass it on to the cook. Food: Really really poor. I ordered three scrambled eggs on sourdough with a sausage and hashbrown The scrambled eggs were too dry, you cut into the middle of it and the texture became like a clump of rubber. The sourdough was awful, almost stale. It was overtoasted around the edges and too chewy through the centre. The sausage was really really weird. It had a strange plasticine sort of smell to it and had an equally rubbery, chewy texture. Hollandaise sauce was only fair. Hash brown was good, but that was it. Overall, the whole meal felt like it was overcooked and i didn't even get through half of it. Really disappointed, hope it improves moving forward"
"Korean fried chicken was really yum! Enjoyable atmosphere. Drinks were good. Wasn’t a big fan of the pickled vege. Wasn’t expecting quite a bit of gherkin/pickles in the dishes."
"Best ham, cheese and tomato toasted sandwich I have ever had ! Great service and even left a lovely message on the takeaway box. Been such a long time since I have seen such high quality food and service in a cafe anywhere in the country. I just had to give this place the praise it deserves. Keep up the great work !"
"Insanely good. The pork banh mi was treated like a gourmet dish rather than a quick cheap street food. A sourdough baguette ffs. Presentation and flavour absolutely outstanding. I also tried a slice of bread and butter pudding - superb."
