"I had problems with my car and I wasn't sure what the problem cojld have been. I have taken my car to other mechanical repair shop but I am left without any help. However, after I took it to unique auto tech, they helped me figure out the issues and have them fix within short span time. I booked in for only few days as i use my car for work and they made sure that the problem has been fixed with in the mention time. Since, I dont find any issues with my car and I will highly recommend Unique Auto Tech for being resonable at price and their expert services."
"Quite disappointed about this mechanic. Had some troubles with our campervan while travelling and they booked us in to take a look 3 weeks later. That was fine, since every mechanic was full for the upcoming weeks because of high season. However, we didn't know if we could drive with our car in the meantime, so we called again to check of they had some free time to only take a look and repair it later. We explained that we lived in the van and don't have any other transport. They were really nice and told us to come by the next morning, so they could check what was wrong. We came by, but there was no one at the workshop. Waited for an hour and called 6 times, but zero answers. They did not call us back and just left us behind with nothing. Not the kind of service you want. Cancelled the appointment for the 7th of course. We found another mechanic who could help us faster."
"The owner is really nice and helped us, when we picked up our good very good. The reason I don’t give five stars, and I don’t like to complain, is because the communication is really poor. We had a car breakdown and we chose Unique to fix our car. We had to call several times to get an approximate for when the car would be ready for pick up. It would be better if they would let us know right after they received the car what the expectations would be. A text message or short call with updates would be perfect and definitely recommended!"
