"Have usually had great experiences at Supercheap, however today I went to get globes for my interior lights and went to the counter as I thought they would have a system to look up the parts i needed, like they do with oil filters etc. Now the young guy did try and help but I feel he failed to get help when he couldn't find what I needed and just gave up. I made a special trip into the shop so was not happy at all to leave empty handed and without some kind of basic help. I feel the staff need to be better trained in finding parts for specific cars on their system, whatever the parts may be. Or if they don't know then get help from their manager or fellow colleagues, show a bit of work ethic."
"I was there to get new windscreen wiper blades and the young fella unintentionally broke my wipers so had to buy new ones. Other than that I think the price was quite reasonable. Would of been nice to get a discount on the replacement service."
