"I'm disappointed, the staff were extremely lovely but my needs we're not met. I requested one thing to be fixed/ looked at but they did other stuff instead. I understand that the other things need to be be done but I wanted the big problem done. When I asked what was wrong they said they hadn't even looked at it yet. When they eventually did they said it was a relay. When I brought it back for that to be fixed as well as a new noise that has started they were then saying it was the whole fan that needed to be replaced and they didn't end up looking at the new noise. I'm not sure if it was misscomunication, untrained stuff or limited time but it's bumming me out and I still have an overheating car but with fresh tyres."

"Booked my car in for a few electrical faults and also asked for a full service and going over as we were heading off on a 8000km trip. Showed up on the day, they only had us booked in for the electrical stuff, they were accomodating and shuffled things around to fit the service in for the following day, which we were great full for, however resulted in us being without a vehicle for 2 days instead of 1. I didn’t check the tail lights ect when picking the car up as I was told things were fixed. Upon heading off on our trip a week later, none of our tail lights worked and left rear blinker not working either, we were told they replaced a heap of wiring due to it being old and the problem was fixed. They installed an engine guard and the cord is hanging down in the passenger foot well and cord strung through under the bonnet, loose. The work cost over $3,500.00 which we were happy to pay but expected everything to be done properly. 4000km into our trip, a friend who is a mechanic had a look at a few things and is skeptical about a things being done properly or not at all. The interchange was filthy and a few different filters needing to be changed. I have used these mechanics for over 3 years and before now, always had a positive experience. Disappointed in the service and won’t be returning to the company."

"Used to be a good mechanic, but have gone downhill a lot lately. Took my car in to get a screeching noise fixed, they replaced a belt and the noise was still there so I took it back again and they told me it was now apparently my clutch, so took to another mechanic and they found it was the alternator straight away and were a lot better to deal with. Had to wait a few weeks between bookings and go with no car for a few days and cost hundreds of dollars all due to their incompetence. Other people I know have had bad experiences with them lately as well."
