"I bought a franklin bedroom suite and a cronulla king sinlge bed. The franklin bed and tallboy are very solid and high quality. However i did have some issues on the way. Due to supply issues the order took 4 months to be delivered and i had zero communication for 3 months. The delivery guys almost forgot to give me the slats for both both beds and told me the the cronulla bed had already been delivered-not. The bedside tables were not of good quality, both of them were not level, they rocked on the floor. I had to buy some felt pads to male them stable."
"After receiving my new bedroom suite ,I was very disappointed when I unpacked it. I rang the store,the store manager came to my house ,he couldn,t do enough to help.the problem was fixed. I carn,t speak highly enough of the manager and delivery staff.Thank you so much margaret stone"
