"It's been some time since I ventured to Campbelltown Bunnings. I heard it was in a new location and decided to pay a visit. It was 4:45pm on a Sunday arvo - not many people around but saw plenty of staff. I didn't need assistance but observed to customer interactions - neither positive or in my opinion, satisafactory. The first, an elderly gentlemen looking a little lost - he asked a male salesperson a question and he pointed in the opposite direction. The elderly gentlemen remained confused and asked a clarifying question to which he got in return "down there!" and a pointy finger. He wandered off and eventually I assisted him. The second, a lady asked a rep for assistance in the aisle she had just walked out of. The response (from a different sales person to the above) - "Go down there and you'll find someone else who can assist". She followed the instruction and stood there helpless - spotted a female salesperson and hurried after her, asking for assistance. To my disbelief she also said I am unable to assist but someone else should be along shortly. I then watched the customer leave the store. My lesson - new buildings, new store, same people and culture. You STILL cannot put "lipstick on a pig" this is just a futile effort to disguise your fundamental failings."

"Parking is good since they renovated to the new location, store is always stocked. Most staff are friendly, staff member John always greets with a smile and always directs me to the correct isle when I’m lost. Accepts flybys and Zip pay which is very useful."
