"I bought their North Coast Mix Firewood and it appeared NOT well seasoned. I complained to them about it and Tom went out of his way to discuss the problems with me an provide me with some extra firewood as compensation. This contrasts with the treatment I got from Shantana when I had a bad load of firewood from them several years ago and was simply told that 'nobody else had complained' (I note that Shantana has changed ownership in the intervening period, so maybe they are now a bit more customer focussed - I wouldn't know as I have not bought from them since that bad experience). I have given them LMLS 4 stars because they did do their best to rectify the problem, but they would have needed to provide a good product in the first place to get 5 stars from me ."
"I got a half a ton of sand and it did not fill a small otto bin (250l) They say it is correct and kept changing there story. I call it stealing. Avoid them at all cost."
