To rectify this issue, I'm now required to make an additional trip next week, spanning around 10 kilometers. This inconvenience could have been avoided if their systems were working properly. This experience has left me frustrated and inconvenienced, particularly as I had plans for the weekend. Trust between the store and customers is crucial, especially when payments are approved and transactions are visible. I hope Bunnings Warehouse addresses these concerns to enhance their customer service. This visit has seriously undermined my confidence in the store."
"We came into store to have some timber cut and was approached by Ruben. From the beginning he was very helpful and listened to everything we were requesting. He seemed determined to help us find exactly what we were after and not rushed at all. On top of that he made the project work out of 1 piece of timber which was great.
