"After a tough day I bought a chicken and chips to share, after eating my daughter said, that’s the best chicken I’ve ever had! I literally feel hydrated after eating it,"
"If you like crispy and thin scnitty, this is the best in town imo. Also 2 of the best salad (kale and sweet potato, pea and broccoli). Fried chicken burger (spicy) is also one of the best. The roast chicken however, needs more flavour."
"Purchased half a chicken and medium coleslaw. Chicken very tasty and coleslaw was nice but nothing different. Staff very friendly. I was surprised at the cost as I feel it was overpriced."
"Whilst the chicken chip and gravy roll doesn’t look very appetising, it tasted very good and went down a treat. (I drove for 5 minutes to the local beach before eating it hence it looks a bit squashed). Birdie does rotisserie chicken and extras that you’d expect from your old school chicken shop but with a contemporary twist. The service is on point, and everything was delivered with a smile and a chin wag. The food was 10/10. I got a chicken chip and gravy roll, toasted brioche bun.. which tasted great. I also got a rice, green bean and broccoli salad. It had an Asian twist with ginger and edamame beans in it which was super fresh, and super tasty. I felt light and healthy after eating it. The chips were perfectly made and tasted as good as they look. The highlight of the meal for me though was the salt caramel thick shake which had big chunks of salted caramel in it. ABSOLUTELY YUM! I’ll be back to try the other salads and a burger next time. Definitely try it out for yourself."
