"Long post ahead - As someone who was a former manager of a pizza store, avoid this place at all costs. Called and placed an order at 5.40pm and was told the order would be ready in 50 minutes (6.30pm) Husband arrived to collect the order at 6.40 and was told they hadn't even started making the order.... What was meant to be a 50 minute wait turned out to be a 1hr and 50minute wait as he didnt get the order until 7:20pm!!! From 6.40-7.20 they continually said the pizza is still cooking.... doesn't take that long!!! More like they still hadn't started! For a pizza that was still cooking for 40 minutes, the pizza was undercooked, we had to cook it more when we got home. On top of that, charged us an extra $3 for no reason. Called the store and the "manager" was so rude and disgusting! Said it was my husbands fault for not speaking up and that if I was nicer he would have done something about it. He then said he will refund $5 for the inconvenience to which I said is unacceptable after waiting 10 minutes shy of 2hrs. Completely unacceptable and no remorse, no conpensation, no discount, nothing. Actually the manager said apologising 3 times was compensation and remorse enough. Mind you my husband said they way he spoke to the staff was unnecessary and unacceptable - the "manager" was short with them, rude to them, and unprofessional. Disgusting service! Unprofessional on so many levels!!! I understand it gets busy but don't be getting angry at a customer who is angry about the extra 1hr wait to which was not quoted as well as being overcharged and told nothing will done unless I as the customer am nice to him. In his words "if you had actually been nicer, I would have done something about it but I'm not going to now.""

"Staff were friendly, restaurant wasn't too loud or crowded on a Saturday night, it was a busy but peaceful sort of atmosphere which I enjoyed! The pizza was nice, especially the Supreme. Very much enjoyed the garlic bread too. We didn't order any, but I noticed they have Mountain Dew here. That definitely wins points! Barely anywhere serves the Dew! Had a great time!"
