"Ordered 3 pizzas and dessert etc delivery at 7:20pm-ish on a Tuesday night (they are open until 10pm), it said 15mins ETA for over an hour before we tried to call. They didn’t answer their phone and it plays a recording until it hangs up on you. Tried to call back, it rang a few times then hung up, tried again and listened to recorded message etc, didn’t speak to a person. If they were honest about the wait time we would have ordered elsewhere I guess. Cold pizza delivered 1hr 15mins after ordering"

"$32 for the cheap range pizzas x2, cans x2 and a garlic bread. I ordered a bbq cheese pizza... it didn't come with the bbq pizza sauce I had order. It was basically just bread and cheese with a tiny amount of bbq sauce on top that I paid extra for. We left a complaint and no one has bothered to contact us. The store has gone down hill a lot since it first opened. It use to be good, and now it is on the same level as Pizzahut that is around the corner. Pick a different pizza place!"

"Written after a few experiences with Penrith dominos. The app dose not allow choice of store when getting delivery so we were stuck with this store, unless we wanted to drive and pick up. While it great for a dine in experience where you can watch the chaos of the workers cooking, delivery and take away have been disasters. 1. Exceptionally late delivery times 2. Cold pizzas 3. Pizzas left on doorstep to freeze 4. Pizzas come with a breeze of toppings (example: loaded pepperoni comes with a sparse smattering of pepperoni when it should be double) - not what you pay for. 5. Bad business practice of poor customer service when checking on order delivery status and honouring their delivery guarantees. They then treat you as if you are in the wrong and a liar even with evidence. Don’t even bother paying the additional $3 for 1/2 hr delivery guarantee. This is the last time I will be using this dominoes store. I would rather travel to Cambridge park and pick up, than go local to such a poorly run store with bad business practices. Even the travel to Cambridge park is worth it to get great value for toppings (not stingy), hot food, and better wait times."

"Have not used Domino's in Penrith for a long time. Tonight, Ordered my pizza's online to be picked up. My order came to $29.00 online, I was charged $30.00 - when i got home, my meat lovers Pizza turned out to be Vegetarian pizza NO Meat and very toppings mainly consisting of Onion, Olives and Mushrooms. My supreme pizza had little toppings it might have been a vegetarian pizza only it had a few slices of meat. !st $30.00 over chrged for this type of meal and what I got is disgusting. I did not bother to call and report because looking at this meal it would not have done nothing. I will not be ordering from there again. only gave one star because I was able to order online and see what I ordered. but did not get."
