"This place was absolutely appalling! Today the girl who called herself a ‘manager’ was behaving so rude to me in front of other customers. She doesn’t know her manners. She spoke to me with a rude tone and yelled at me. I had been waiting for more than half and hour and after another ten minutes I called her and she replied “5 minutes more.” When it had already been 30 minutes. If I could, I would give this Domino’s 0 stars. I definitely would NOT recommend this place to any of you readers and to anyone I know."

"Waited over an hour past expected delivery time, pizzas were cold, the delivery driver Kaphan forgot one of our items and then proceeded to dump my pizzas on the floor outside and speed off when I contacted the store regarding the issue, yelling out his window as he drove off. Very very rude and poor service"

"Pizzas poorly prepared with no toppings. Had to fight to get the "Dominos guarantee". The only consistent thing is the bad service and Pizzas, every time. Update: Domino's head office has the nerve to reply to this review asking me to email my customer feedback. I have already done that, in fact, that's what it took to force Dominos to honour the 100% satisfaction guarantee. @Dominos management, I'm still waiting for a phone call from the NSW state or regional manager to discuss the service at this store. Your customer support team assured me by email, you care and will phone me and I have been waiting since Jan. I think the service at a store level and contempt shown by Domino's management is Systemic and the same REGARDLESS OF STORE! We should all wise up, spend a little more and support our local Independent Pizza joint!"

"A girl named Nicolaine (sorry if spelt incorrectly) was doing everything by herself while the other staff members were standing around on their phones. I had to wait until Nicolaine was finished with another customer before she came and served me despite two other workers just standing there on their phones not acknowledging me. Extremely rude. Thank you so much Nicolaine for your work she was excellent :)"

"There was a lady doing everything on her own at 11pm Friday night. Took me and my mate's order and made the pizzas and then cut our pizza and even gave the drinks to our table...did everything herself. Where is all the other staff??? Looked like she was cleaning the whole store on her own too, give her a pay rise. Can't remember her name but started with a N on her name badge. 5/5 service by her. 1/5 poor staffing."
