"Went through drive thru order 2 x family chips a regular chips and 10 x cheesy nuggets I waited over 20 mins in the drive thru line and when I got to the windows my order was sitting there waiting just for the nuggets. When I got my food I checked it and the regular chips weren't in the bag and the family chips were stone cold, after waiting for so long I was not going back as I had hungry kids at home. I rang the restaurant and told them and the response I got was sorry we are busy tonight sorry you didn't get your order have a nice night. Sorry it is a disgrace I paid $25 for 2 packs of stone cold chips that were only half full and we had to throw them out . I doubt I will be going back to the restaurant again."
"The food was absolutely gross. Buns were stale , chips were cold lettuce was brown and chicken was also cold. I was in store served by a young girl who looked like she was on the verge of tears. She said it was her third shift and said sorry if she was slow. She was very helpful and kind. Later heard a older woman with blonde hair speaking to these two girls rudely wasn’t a good look. Won’t be going back."
"Absolutely terrible service. Ordered 2 meals to have them delivered and after waiting over an hour the order came incomplete. I called the store and all the manager could offer me was a credit which was no good to me as I was unable to attend the store. The food arrived cold and the chips were cold and soggy."
"Excellent food, but the app is disappointing. Placed the order on the app, but had to go to the website to let the restaurant know we had arrived. There was no option to pick-up from the drive thru, Inside the store, no-one was at the front counter to deliver the order."
"I enjoy red rooster meals from here , they are allways presented fresh and of good quality and taste with just the occasional exception that is understandably expected in a fast food restaurant . The service can be a bit slow but worth the wait."
