"Staff so helpful! We arrived just before the store closed after a day of packing our house up to move interstate with some bags of clothes to donate. Our experience at this store was far more pleasant than our earlier attempts. Despite the warehouse being closed, the staff member was willing to take our few bags of clothes to avoid them going to the tip."
"Not even worthy of 1 star to be honest! Staff members have absolutely 0 to -1 clue in terms of how the business operates. Poor communication among staff members and even towards the customers. To be frank using the word "poor" will be equivalent to giving them a Gold Medal, that's how trash they are!!! Absolutely no care for public relations...you guys need to grow up and behave your age.
