"Some years ago 2009 Kookaburra Kitchens re modeled our kitchen and we could not fault the tradesmen who installed same , the kitchen has stood the test of time and heavy use. However their office never responded to our various emails in 2011 re a problem we had with the kitchen tap Aquavilla Gooseneck mixer not working , with a 5 year warranty, as it has a design fault with the aerator and has since completely failed, the supplier did not respond either, Lincolngroup.com.au , so duct tape to the rescue ."
"I would not recommend using kookaburra kitchens to get your new kitchen cause they damaged our kitchen when they were installing it and they tried to patch the area up they damaged and still expect to be paid the full amount they quoted to do the job with damaged bits showing."
"Kookaburra kitchens of Kurri Kurri acknowledged that they had accidentally destroyed some property with their truck which was witnessed by independent persons, however rather then contact the owner of the damaged goods and apologise, Kookaburra kitchens of Kurri Kurri decided to blame the owner of the damaged goods for having their stationary property in the wrong location. What if this object was a child? Innocent victims made to feel guilty for doing nothing more then minding their own business. Well done Kookaburra Kitchens of Kurri Kurri. A return phone call or apology would of been acceptable."
